I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with banks and a metro station nearby. It was also a short distance away from the beautiful Garden & the Main river, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. Secondly, the staff were outstanding. Mr. Kraaz and the rest of the team went above and beyond to assist us with any queries or requests we had. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. Lastly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near the metro station and S-Bahn, making it easy for us to explore this city. It was relatively close to the exhibition center and had beautiful views of the garden and the Main river. Additionally, the friendly staff was always eager to help and provided us with any information we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of shower gels and clean towels were also greatly appreciated.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel during the holidays was great, very close to all the Christmas markets and attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and clean sheets, and fresh towels were provided daily.

The room was small and cramped, with limited space to move around. the bathroom was outdated and in need of some repairs, especially the shower head that leaked water and the rusty sink.

The hotel offered helpful and friendly staff, along with clean towels and shower gels. It was also conveniently located in a key area, making it easy to get around the city and explore.

There were some drawbacks to my stay. The rooms were quite small, which made it difficult to fit luggage comfortably.
